As an Import/Export Officer (M/F/X), you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international regulations and supporting the smooth flow of business operations:
- Manage and monitor administrative files in accordance with internal procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
- Contribute to the monitoring and continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Maintain and update the documentation required for the effective functioning of the department.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide guidance and support to teams regarding applicable procedures.
- Participate in audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the quality, compliance, and overall performance of the organization.
Profiel
What is the profile of the Import/Export Officer (M/F/X) we are looking for?
- Higher education degree in a field related to the position.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Belgian and European regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable working with IT tools and software.
