As a warehouse employee, you are responsible for the entire logistics flow from start to finish. Your duties include:

- Order picking and preparing orders for shipment
- Internal transport of products

You start as a warehouse employee in a specific department and learn the ins and outs of that area. Over time, you will get to know other departments as well. At Toyota, you never stand still! You are looking for a job that offers a future. After positive evaluations, you will be eligible for a permanent contract.
In addition:
- You are able to work a two-shift schedule (05:50–14:00 & 13:50–22:00).
- You prefer to stay active? Great! Then Toyota is the right place for you.
- Safety is your top priority
- You can come to work independently. While we certainly encourage carpooling, you must also be able to get to work on your own when your carpool partner is absent. Public transport is not a viable option given this schedule.
Aanbod
Everyone receives the same training upon starting. You spend the first three days learning about the Toyota culture in a training room. From day four onwards, you receive on-the-job training within your specific department.
As a Toyota employee, you receive an attractive compensation package:
- Gross hourly wage of €16.95/hour
- Shift allowance:
- Early shift: €11.23 per day
- Late shift: €33.69 per day
- Night shift: €46.14 per day
- Meal voucher worth €10 for every day worked
- Mileage allowance
- 6 ADV days (reduction of working hours) per year (50 minutes per week worked).
- Eco-vouchers
In addition, Toyota Diest has its own laundry service. We also have a company canteen where you can enjoy a meal during your lunch break at very affordable prices. Soup, fries, sandwiches, salads... there is plenty of choice!
Furthermore, after six months of employment, you can benefit from a substantial discount when purchasing a new car.
Bedrijfsinfo
Toyota’s European distribution center. It supplies Toyota and Lexus parts to European distributors. In addition, Toyota supplies garages and dealers directly in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, and northern France. At the Diest facility, staff store Toyota and Lexus parts, then prepare and ship them to dealers.
