For one of our customers, big in innovative technology we are looking for Warehouse Project Assistant (Temporary position) 

As a Warehouse Project Assistant you support our project team in administrative and data-related tasks.

You must be highly organized and detail oriented. And support the project team in administrative and data-related tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project execution through accurate documentation, reporting, and data management.

A few tasks you can expect in this position:

  • Maintain and update project; related documentation and records
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Support data entry, validation, and analysis tasks -Help streamline administrative processes and maintain project timelines

Profiel

Required knowledge and skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Office programs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • English and Dutch is required at professional level
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines

We do not require experience but surely we need the good knowledge of office programs and Excel and willingness to learn, good time management and hard working candidates.
