We’re looking for a (temporary), motivated individual with a keen eye for detail for an engaging administrative and scheduling role in the pharmaceutical sector at Legend Biotech near Zwijnaarde. The opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to advancing lives through innovative therapies.

  • Using the MS-Office package you'll be making training schedules
  • You keep a clean overview of the ongoing trainings and onboardings
  • With your strong planning skills and eye for detail you make sure nothing overlaps
  • You'll assist the onboarding days making sure everyone is well informed
  • You communicate clearly with colleagues and trainers when the planning changes
  • You provide allround support within the Training & Onboarding team

Profiel

  • Bachelor degree or equal through working experience
  • You have relevant experience within planning and making schedules
  • You have excellent working skills with the MS-Office package
  • You are fluent in Englisch and Dutch. Spoken and written.
  • You are a very organized person, you know how to prioritize and are capable of multitasking
  • You have a problem solving mindset and have a good understanding of Excel and Outlook
