Functieomschrijving

We’re looking for practical, hands-on professionals who want to help shape the future of medicine. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow in a stable, respectful, and meaningful environment.

Do you have experience in a role that demands precision, focus, and technical skill? Maybe you work with tools, machines, or follow detailed procedures—always knowing exactly what you’re doing and why. That mindset is exactly what we value.

Whether you hold an A2 diploma or a bachelor’s degree in another field, your practical experience is what counts most. If you’re someone who works with care and can communicate clearly, we’d be glad to hear from you.

Your journey starts with thorough training, where you’ll be introduced to aseptic (germ-free) techniques and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, along with the critical procedures needed for your role.

After training, you’ll join our dynamic Operations team—working closely with fellow operators and team leaders to carry out aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven methods.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to aseptic and manual production processes
  • Working in a cleanroom laboratory environment
  • Performing production steps in controlled areas (grade A/B/C/D), such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products
  • Managing equipment, including inspections and maintenance
  • Cleaning and disinfecting materials thoroughly
  • Supporting transitions between production zones
  • Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time

  • You have an A2 diploma, a 'graduaat', or a bachelor’s degree—even if it’s not in sciences—and you’re ready for a new step in your career.
  • You like structure, work accurately, and feel comfortable in a clean and sterile setting with the right protective clothing procedures.
  • You’re curious about new technologies and enjoy working with high-tech equipment.
  • You can communicate perfectly in English, both spoken and written.
  • You’re a team player, have an eye for detail, and can follow instructions and procedures carefully.
