Your Challenge
As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting material planning, inventory management, and supply chain continuity. You will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the availability of critical materials and contribute to the optimization of supply chain processes.
What will you do?
- Manage material availability and inventory levels to support uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain and optimize SAP MRP parameters.
- Follow up on material shortages, replenishment activities, and planning actions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve material-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and SAP reports to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material planning and supply chain workflows.
- Contribute to process optimization projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reliability across the supply chain.
Profiel
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP, MRP planning, and inventory management processes.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience within the semiconductor industry is considered a strong asset.

Location & Hybrid Working
We offer a flexible hybrid working model that combines remote work with on-site collaboration. To ensure close cooperation with the team and stakeholders, an on-site presence of three days per week is required. Fully remote work is not possible.
