As a student administration assistant, you will support our team with various administrative and contract-related tasks:

  • Assist in reviewing, organizing, and archiving contracts and related documents.
  • Maintain and update contract databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the preparation of contract templates and standard agreements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding contract status and requirements.
  • Assist in tracking contract deadlines, renewals, and expirations.
  • Support general office administration, including scheduling and correspondence.

Profiel

As a student administration assistant, you bring the following skills and qualities:

  • Currently pursuing studies in a general field (no specific specialization required).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and MS 365.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and French.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks.
  • Able to manage priorities and work independently when needed.
