Due to urgent business needs, they are looking for a SAP & Production Administrator to strengthen their team.
Your Role: As part of the Production Administration team supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment, and reporting directly to the Deputy Production Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining product and customer master data in SAP
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth SAP-driven production administration processes
- Supporting the enrichment and accuracy of product information, and providing data to internal stakeholders
- Delivering SAP data support to the Head Office
- Handling interim administrative processes
- Managing and processing worker time registrations
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with Quality, Environmental, and Security Management Systems
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
Profiel
Profile & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SAP experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules: BOM (Bill of Materials) Management. Also Material Master Data
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a strong plus
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, French is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
