You’ll work in a multicultural environment with colleagues from various nationalities, gaining exposure to Japanese management practices and collaborating across borders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to HR projects, including HR digital transformation (HRIS), Talent, Reward, Learning, DE&I…
  • Collaborate with local HR teams, Japanese counterparts, and cross-functional departments (corporate or sales functions)
  • Implement and support local and regional HR policies
  • Assist with HR administration and occasional recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage and optimize HRIS systems (Cornerstone OnDemand)
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for regional leadership

The position may involve occasional business travel and will evolve based on your performance, initiative, and interests.

Profiel

Your Profile

  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, or International Relations from a recognized European institution
  • Fluent in English; French, Dutch or Japanese is a plus
  • Strong curiosity, autonomy, and organizational skills
  • Respect for processes and quality standards
  • Interest in intercultural collaboration, especially with Japan
  • Comfortable in a corporate international setting
