Your Responsibilities

  • Environmental Monitoring: Verify cleanroom classifications through advanced sampling techniques.
  • QC Testing: Perform quality control tests on CAR-T products, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize analytical testing and processes.
  • Data Management: Manage and review critical data using eLIMS and maintain documentation integrity.
  • Process Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to streamline QC operations.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a passion for quality, and adaptability to shift schedules (including weekends).
  • Experience: While prior GMP experience is beneficial, we provide extensive training to set you up for success.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
  • You are a true team player.
  • Strict protocols do not intimidate you; you are accustomed to working meticulously and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • You are flexible and willing to work in shifts, including early and late shifts.
  • You are known for your attention to detail and accuracy in all your tasks.

  • Be prepared to work various shifts, including: 6:00–16:00, 7:00–17:00, 8:00–18:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 15:00–01:00, and 16:00–02:00.
