Your Role

  • After comprehensive training in aseptic work/GMP and adherence to strict protocols, you will:
  • Collaborate with a dynamic operational team to support daily aseptic and manual production processes.
  • Perform specific procedural steps in Class A/B/C/D environments, including media exchange, cell cultivation, and therapeutic product freezing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, contributing to patient therapies that save lives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for individuals who are:

  • Driven by Purpose: A strong sense of responsibility and passion for helping patients.
  • Communicative: Clear communication with colleagues and supervisors is essential.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precise, organized, and ready to work in an aseptic environment with proper sterile attire.
  • Experienced: Background in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries is highly valued.
  • Qualified: Hold an A2 diploma or equivalent experience. While formal education is a plus, your attitude, quality focus, and precision are what matter most.
  • Multilingual: Proficiency in English or Dutch is required.
  • Flexible: Willing to work in a shift system, including weekends (no night shifts). 4 days work/ 4 days off
