For our client in Lokeren, we are looking for a motivated Pallet Repair Worker to join a stable and growing company. You will work in a modern pallet repair line during the day shift, where quality, safety, and teamwork are essential.
Your responsibilities
- Repair damaged wooden pallets according to EPAL quality standards.
- Use a pneumatic nail gun to attach boards and blocks.
- Replace damaged pallet components, such as boards and blocks.
- Inspect pallets for quality, dimensions, and compliance with EPAL standards.
- Check chamfered edges and the overall condition of the pallets.
- Sort pallets based on their condition and repair requirements.
- Keep your workplace safe, clean, and well organized.
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure an efficient production process.
Profiel
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a production, woodworking, or logistics environment is an advantage, but motivated candidates willing to learn are also welcome.
- You enjoy hands-on, physical work.
- You work accurately and pay attention to quality and detail.
- You can safely use hand tools and machinery.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You have a good command of English to communicate on the work floor.
- You are reliable, motivated, and responsible.
