For a stable and international logistics company in Oostkamp, specialized in frozen food storage and distribution, we are looking for motivated Order Pickers to strengthen the team.
Your tasks include:
- Picking orders using a voice-picking system or scanner
- Checking products for quality and quantity
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Operating a standing Electric Pallet Truck (EPT)
- Handling goods in a frozen warehouse environment (-22°C)
Profiel
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience as an Order Picker
- Have experience operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT)
- Are physically fit and enjoy active work
- Work accurately and follow instructions carefully
- Speak English or Dutch
- Are reliable, motivated, and looking for long-term employment
- Are comfortable working in a frozen environment (-22°C)

Day Shift: Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM Salary: €16.38/hour + 10% cold allowance
Two-Shift System (Early/Late) Salary: €16.38/hour + 7.5% shift allowance + 10% cold allowance
Fixed Night Shift Salary: €16.38/hour + 10% cold allowance + 12,5 % night shift premium
