Functieomschrijving

Your Tasks as a FOAM BLOCK CUTTING OPERATOR:

  • Cutting foam blocks according to specified dimensions and requirements.
  • Reading and interpreting work cards to ensure accurate execution.
  • Performing quality checks on shape, dimensions, color, and pattern.
  • Using measuring tools such as a tape measure.
  • Registering and labeling products in the Carpy system.
  • Transporting blocks to the next workstation using an electric pallet truck.
  • Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on machines when necessary.
  • Setting up machines and actively contributing to process improvements.

Profiel

Profile:

  • Able to work independently with a strong focus on quality and safety.
  • A team player who collaborates well under the guidance of a team leader.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong spatial awareness and understanding of technical processes.
  • Flexible: primarily day shifts, but willing to work in a 2-shift system if needed.
  • Fluent in Dutch or English.
