Your journey starts with comprehensive training, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of aseptic (germ-free) techniques and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)—the key standards that guide our industry. After onboarding, you’ll join our dynamic Operations team, working hands-on with cutting-edge technologies and sterile processes. Together with your colleagues, you’ll perform precise manual and aseptic production steps, always following clear protocols to guarantee patient safety and product quality.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Contributing to aseptic and manual production processes
- Working in a cleanroom laboratory environment
- Performing production steps in controlled areas (grade A/B/C/D), such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products
- Managing equipment, including inspections and maintenance
- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
- Supporting transitions between production zones
- Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time

- Excellent work-life balance thanks to the 4/4 shift system: Work 4 days (10 hours/day), followed by 4 days off. Be prepared to work across various shifts, including: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00, 15:00-01:00 and 16:00-02:00.
- Shift premiums variable depending on the shift, and double remuneration for Sunday work - paid on the first inactivity day.
