We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Interim fmember or the position of Lexus Brand & Marketing Communications Specialist/Marketing campaign project manager to support our team during a key period of brand activity. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, including exciting model launches, brand campaigns, and marketing events.
Your responsibilities
You will be part of the Brand & Marketing Communications team at Lexus Europe that is responsible for Pan European strategic and operational implementation of brand and model communications.
Project lead in creation of marketing content for brand & model campaigns and events:
- Support the development of communication strategy into creative executions
- Follow up on the production of assets for the various consumer segments and channels
- Ensure a timely delivery and distribution of campaign assets to the Pan Euro network
- Coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders
- Ensure production budget efficiency and production quality through production audits and reconciliations
- Coordination of Pan European market network
- You are in daily contact with our Pan Euro network managing ad hoc request for your projects/models
- Coordinate and manage project budget, including regular reporting
- Follow up on purchase order process and invoicing
- Plan-Do-Check-Act of model campaign performance
- Conduct analysis on usage of assets and content by local markets and production efficiency
- Monitor and analyse the take-up and localisation of communication assets across the network
Other responsibilities:
- Participate to model campaigns shooting and markets events
- Present model campaign contents at corporate meetings to the markets
- Ad hoc tasks depending on business needs
Profiel
Your Profile
- You have a Master's degree in marketing, communications or a related area
- You are pro-active, autonomous, and willing to be a team player in an international team
- You have experience in a similar role as marketing campaign project manager (min 2 years)
- You are stress resistant able to work with multiple internal & external stakeholders
- You are familiar working with campaign agencies (briefings, negociations, coordination)
- You are process driven and have strong affinity with Lexus product
- Good multi-tasker, organised and project management oriented
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are fluent in English both spoken & written (Toyota Motor Europe business language), other languages are a plus
- You have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office package (in particular Excel & Ppt)
