Functieomschrijving
We are looking for a Litho Process Engineer to work in two shifts (early/late) as part of litho process development team at our client. This Litho Process Engineer is expected to create recipes for exposure and post-litho metrology and support several integration projects.
What are the tasks of this Litho Process Engineer:
- Setting up litho processes on different scanners
- Post-litho CD and overlay metrology recipe creation and measurements
- Documenting and transferring the learnings to litho group and others relevant
Profiel
Required knowledge and skills of the Litho Process Engineer:
- Master degree in material science, nano technology, physics or any other relevant field.
- 1-3 years of lab or cleanroom experience.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing with knowledge of lithography would be an asset.
- Be able to work on your own and eager to take initiative and responsibility.
- You are an enthusiastic team player who can influence, engage, and motivate others.
- Self-motivated, innovative, results driven.
- To allow you to function in this multicultural environment you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
