Functieomschrijving
- Install, configure and deploy IT equipment (PCs, tablets, printers, scanners and other peripherals).
- Support local and global IT projects, including rollouts, migrations and system implementations.
- Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting during deployment and hypercare phases.
- Coordinate with users, vendors and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate asset records and project documentation.
- Provide end-user training and communication regarding planned IT interventions.
- (Project Coordinator only) Manage planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, risks and project governance activities.
Profiel
- Strong IT background with experience in deployment, infrastructure support or IT project delivery.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, hardware deployments, software installation and basic networking.
- Experience working in customer-facing and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch required.
- Mobile and willing to travel across Belgian sites when needed.
