Your responsibilities
- Personal assistant (including agenda, expense & travel management) for Sustainability VP.
- Budget controller for VP budget
- Office Management, meeting room management, administration of group calendars, etc
- Processing PR/PO in Oracle
- Organisation of Sustainability off-site meetings (hotel, catering, venue, registration process)
- Support on PowerPoint presentations, mailings, etc
- Organisation of yearly Christmas Party / Teambuilding activity
- Follow up on HR processes such as holiday requests, performance reviews, etc.
- Administrative responsibilities (contract preparation, invoices, communication with Japan for administrative purposes, etc.).
- Ad-hoc requests from Heads of in the function.
