Do you have experience in cleaning and are you used to working accurately, hygienically and according to strict procedures?

Then you already have many of the key skills needed to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

For this role, we are looking for motivated candidates with a background in cleaning (for example industrial cleaning, healthcare, laboratories, offices or food environments) who are ready for a stable, long-term role in a highly regulated and future-oriented sector. No pharmaceutical experience is required, we provide comprehensive training from day one.

You will work in a clean, modern environment, contributing to the preparation of treatments that can improve the lives of patients with serious and life-threatening diseases.

What will you do?

  • Perform thorough and accurate cleaning of laboratory and controlled areas.
  • Clean and sterilize materials and equipment following validated procedures.
  • Work in protective clothing and strictly follow safety and quality guidelines.
  • Document and check that cleaning activities are completed correctly.

Profiel

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in cleaning (industrial cleaning, healthcare, food, laboratories, offices, etc.).
  • Are used to working with checklists, procedures and high hygiene standards.
  • Are accurate, reliable and take responsibility for your work.

In addition, you:

  • Live nearby Ghent/Zwijnaarde and can easily reach the site (also without public transport).
  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Enjoy working in a team and following instructions carefully.
  • Are flexible and willing to work in shifts.

  • 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00 + future night shift
  • We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
  • After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.
