We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team at a leading biotechnology company. Now, how would this new opportunity look like for you: 

Your journey begins with extensive training, where we immerse you in the world of aseptic (germ-free) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) operations, including the crucial procedures you need to master.

Afterwards, you will join our dynamic and driven Operations team, which works together every day to fulfill our mission. Alongside your fellow operators and team leaders, you will perform aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven procedures.

Which tasks can you expect on a daily basis:

  • Contributing to aseptic and manual production processes. 
  • Working in a cleanroom lab environment. 
  • Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D) such as spiking, media.  changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
  • Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance.
  • Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials.
  • Supporting transitions between production zones.
  • Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time.

  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and a passion to make a difference in the lives of patients.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to learn and grow in advanced biomanufacturing.
  • You have a relevant 'graduaat' or a bachelor’s degree and are eager to embark on your professional career."
  • You like structure and order, are very accurate and are willing to work in an aseptic environment with appropriate sterile clothing.
  • You’re excited to work with cutting-edge equipment and technologies.
  • You have clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You enjoy teamwork, have a good eye for detail and the ability to follow procedures.
  • You are flexible and willing to work in a shifts
  • You are enthousiastic about working in the unique regime of 4 days on, 4 days off.

  • Competitive salary with pathway to a permanent contract after 6 months!

  • Excellent work-life balance thanks to the 4/4 shift system: Work 4 days (10 hours/day), followed by 4 days off. Be prepared to work across various shifts, including: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00, 15:00-01:00 and 16:00-02:00. 
  • Shift premiums variable depending on the shift, and double remuneration for Sunday work - paid on the first inactivity day. 
  • Extensive on-the-job training – no prior experience required!
