Team/division description
The Circular Economy & Energy Business function combines 2 new businesses divisions within Toyota Motor Europe, supporting future mobility, carbon neutrality and sustainability.
The objective of the Circular Economy division is to minimise use of virgin raw materials in new vehicle by maximising recycled content in design phase, ensure Zero waste in manufacturing, and maximise End of Life Vehicle (ELV) recycling by reintegration of this recycled material back into Toyota supply chain.
The Energy Business division plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of electric vehicles (EVs) within TME markets. Our mission involves defining, developing, and deploying innovative energy products and services. By doing so, we facilitate the adoption and use of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV).
We are looking for a part-time (50%) administrator to enforce our team.
Your responsibilities
- Budget controller for the function – Process PR/PO, Follow up in Oracle, Report on budget, actuals and forecast to management
- Sharepoint collaboration site set up and maintenance
- Contract management – Classification, follow up expiration dates
- General administrative support
Profiel
Your profile
- Fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language)
- Bachelor degree in Business administration
- Experience in budget management and reporting
- Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Excel: pivot tables, VLookUp)
- Good knowledge of Oracle (must have), Board, Teams and Sharepoint (nice to have)
- Eye for detail and a structured way of working
- Open personality, proactive attitude, good communication skills, able to present data in clear and logical way
- Comfortable working independently within a multi-cultural environment.

Interim contract (weekly renewed)

Part-time: 50% (days and hours to be determined with selected candidate)
Hybrid : Toyota Motor Europe Head Office in Evere and possibility for home office
