We are looking for a skilled administrative professional to join our client, a biotech company located in Zwijnaarde. In this role as Admin Support, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team and will be responsible for:

  • Managing batch-related documentation, including issuing, reviewing, releasing, and reconciling records.
  • Issuing and regularly reviewing established procedures.
  • Coordinating the documentation flow in line with the production schedule.
  • Storing and archiving GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) documents and batch records.
  • Reviewing GMP logs and verifying and approving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • You will carry out all tasks in strict accordance with safety protocols, quality systems, and GMP standards.

Profiel

For this administrative role, we are searching for a candidate who have:

  • Experience in administration and handling complex tasks.
  • Great communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in team and very solution oriented. 
  • Proficiency in the MS Office, SAP, or other similar softwares.
  • The ability to adapt to shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
