Are you passionate about workplace safety and employee wellbeing? As an H&S Specialist / Prevention Advisor (Level 1 or 2), you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment within a large logistics and operational setting.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and internal standards
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, and implement preventive actions
- Perform risk analyses and support risk management initiatives
- Advise on workplace safety, hygiene, and wellbeing topics
- Monitor contractor safety performance
- Review chemical products and support emergency preparedness activities
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization
Profiel
Who are we looking for?
- You are a Prevention Advisor Level 1 or 2 certification
- You have had you first 2 years workexperience
- Relevant experience in Health & Safety, ideally within a larger organization
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Power BI, Access)
