Your responsibilities as a versatile construction worker
As an all-round construction worker, you'll roll up your sleeves across a wide range of sites:
- Carrying out structural construction work on diverse projects
- Contributing to road works and infrastructure projects
- Laying asphalt and constructing road surfaces
- Concrete works — both manual and machine-operated (slipform paver)
- Installing and removing formwork
- Placing kerb stones, edging and paving bricks
- Performing groundworks and excavation activities
- Shovelling and manual earthmoving tasks
- Carrying out general outdoor construction works (no interior finishing)
- Collaborating with your partner in a duo to complete projects smoothly and safely
Profiel
Your profile as a structural and road works construction worker
You don't need to be a seasoned expert — what matters most is your drive and team spirit. We're happy to train and guide you.
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience in construction (structural work, road works, groundworks or similar) — experience with specific techniques such as the slipform paver is a welcome bonus
- You're a genuine team player — this is our number one priority
- You communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues
- You speak Dutch or English (either one is fine)
- You enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of physical work and love variety
- You take responsibility seriously and show up motivated every single day
