Medewerker Bouw construction

 

Your responsibilities as a versatile construction worker

As an all-round construction worker, you'll roll up your sleeves across a wide range of sites:

  • Carrying out structural construction work on diverse projects
  • Contributing to road works and infrastructure projects
  • Laying asphalt and constructing road surfaces
  • Concrete works — both manual and machine-operated (slipform paver)
  • Installing and removing formwork
  • Placing kerb stones, edging and paving bricks
  • Performing groundworks and excavation activities
  • Shovelling and manual earthmoving tasks
  • Carrying out general outdoor construction works (no interior finishing)
  • Collaborating with your partner in a duo to complete projects smoothly and safely

Profiel

Your profile as a structural and road works construction worker

You don't need to be a seasoned expert — what matters most is your drive and team spirit. We're happy to train and guide you.

  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in construction (structural work, road works, groundworks or similar) — experience with specific techniques such as the slipform paver is a welcome bonus
  • You're a genuine team player — this is our number one priority
  • You communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues
  • You speak Dutch or English (either one is fine)
  • You enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of physical work and love variety
  • You take responsibility seriously and show up motivated every single day
