The assignment
Manage the agenda of managers.
Coordinate and organize internal & external meetings, conferences, business lunches, conference calls, business travel, project events, team events etc.
Provide communication with various internal and external contacts.
Manage and monitor the incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Perform various operational and administrative tasks (stock management of office supplies, desk, and pc allocations) for the sector members.
Profiel
Required knowledge and skills
You have a bachelor’s degree in office management and experience in the job.
You have excellent organizational skill and can multitask and prioritize efficiently; you are stress resistant.
You are a team-player but are also able to work autonomously and take initiative.
You have the technical competences to work with Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft edge, MS teams.
Languages: English (dutch is a plus)
