Are you a hands-on person with strong spatial awareness?

As a truck loader, you ensure the efficient and accurate handling of our mushroom substrate.

  • Load the correct quantities of substrate into the truck (with a machine, not forklift).
  • Take sample materials and perform quality checks (e.g., temperature measurements).
  • Record quality assessments.
  • Report important matters to the commercial manager and production team.
  • Maintain the loading supervisor’s workspace.

Profiel

What we expect from you:

  • You hold a secondary education diploma (A2).
  • You’re willing to work in two shifts (9:00–17:30 or 11:00–19:00).
  • Experience with machine settings is a plus.
  • You’re not afraid to question things and take initiative.
  • You think in terms of solutions, cost-efficiency, and customer orientation.
  • Quality is key, and you’re always looking for improvement.
  • You speak Dutch, French, or English.
