Functieomschrijving

Analyse historical data and forecast demand to determine capacity requirements.
Collaborate with operations and admin teams to align capacity with demand fluctuations.
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Present recommendations to the leadership team and drive decision making o close capacity/demand gaps.
Develop key measurement systems to ensure new capacity requirements are scrubbed and key decisions are made timely.
Generate and communicate regular and ad-hoc reporting as required.
Participate in strategic planning discussions related to expansion and optimization.
Prepare and participate in customer meetings.
Ensure a consistent communication flow with the internal teams and customer.

Profiel

Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in Logistics and/or planning.
High degree of organizational, administrative, communication skills, self-motivation and solution driven.
Analytical and logical method of working with very structured approach and follow-up. Being skilled in statistical methods and predictive modelling is a must.
Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities and a focus on delivering results.
Excellent skills in MS Office
Language skills: English
