Team/division description
Toyota Motor Europe as a vehicle manufacturer, and its National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSC) as distributors are obliged to comply with European regulations. Campaign Operation department is responsible for managing all technical campaigns (Pre-Delivery Corrections, Recalls, Customer Satisfaction Campaign) in the European market starting from preparation and announcement to progress monitor, problem handling, technical consultation and repair quality monitor.
Campaign Operations is a lean, multicultural, diverse and passionate team (6 people).
To temporary support our operation, we are looking for a person who is passionate, open minded and a team player. Automotive experience is not a must.
Your responsibilities
- Lead review and implementation of procedure for regulation compliance for campaign operations
- Support preparing/organizing NMSC and Repair teams Campaign related meetings, training courses and other events.
- Review and clean-up campaign SharePoint site
Profiel
- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- You have a good knowledge of latest MS 365 applications including SharePoint
- You are a team player with good communication skills, and you can present large amount and complex data in a clear and logical way. You are a self-motivated, objective and fact-driven person.
