Key Responsibilities:

Palace Care & Maintenance
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the building, ensuring pristine condition at all times.
- Careful preservation of precious building materials, art pieces, and heritage interiors.
- Monitoring and reporting of any repairs or restoration needs.
Hospitality & Guest Services
- Welcoming and guiding visitors to the palace and distillery.
- Receiving and coordinating with suppliers, clients, and contractors.
- Hosting and assisting private guests of the palace with discretion and professionalism.
Operations & Administration
- Managing schedules for guest visits, deliveries, and private events.
- Using digital tools, domotics, and electronic systems for palace operations.
- Supporting the smooth running of the distillery’s visitor activities.

Profiel

Candidate Profile:

Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Self-starter with initiative and problem-solving skills.
Discreet and respectful of privacy in all interactions.
Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
Digitally literate, comfortable with technology, domotics, and modern communication tools.

We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Concierge & Caretaker to live on-site in a historic city palace that also houses a small distillery. This unique role combines property care, guest reception, and hospitality management. The ideal candidate will ensure the palace is maintained to the highest standards while providing a warm, professional welcome to visitors, suppliers, clients, and private guests. Offer:
