Joining Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarter, you will be part of a diverse and multi-national team which is continuously improving the quality of our products and services in Europe.
The Quality Planning team is responsible for key activities (incl. quality strategy setting, quality mindset promotion/training, event coordination, budget etc…) and acts as a window towards other divisions in the Toyota organisation.

Then we are looking for you to support us in the organization of activities encouraging all Toyota members to embrace the Toyota Way and improve the quality of their work for the benefit of our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Plan, organize and support annual event(s) such as Quality Month and Re-Start Day within the Toyota Motor Europe group
- Demonstrate your creativity by injecting & implementing ideas to enhance the event as well the visitor experience of our Quality Learning Centre
- Support our administrator team to complete daily administrative tasks to support the department/ division. (efficiency improvement projects)
- Support the team by developing inspiring and engaging materials to allow clear and consistent communication of the Toyota Quality values and methods
Profiel
- Strong planning capabilities and experience in organizing (cross-functional) events, ideally in a multi-national engineering environment, and interacting with multiple internal & external stakeholders
- You can turn ideas into plans & roadmaps and perform efficient project management
- You have extensive communication and presentation skills, and are self-motivated to take initiative
- You are a pragmatic problem solver turning obstacles into solutions, result-driven
- You are an adaptive collaborator, able to work in a high performance, multi-cultural environment, breaking down silos
- You are energetic, persevering, and have an open & positive attitude combined with a creative mindset
- Relevant education level, such as a Master's degree in a related field
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI & Apps), visual editing / creation and video editing would be a plus
- Fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language), other languages will be an asset
- High level of integrity and able to handle confidential issues and data with discretion
