Functieomschrijving

DHL Worldwide Network is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant for our building in Diegem. If you have a talent for administration, be sure to apply! Your tasks include:

  • You help with the administration.
  • You will support the Security Filing team
  • You will use MS Office for different tasks.

Working hours as below: 

1st 4 weeks: shift 9 - 17 from Mondag till Friday

As of week 5: 2 shifts on rotational basis:

  • Early from 6:00 until 14:00 (24min lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00) 
  • Late from 14:00 until 22:00 (24min dinner break between 17:00 and 18:00)

Work on weekdays/weekends & Public Holidays on rotational basis: 

§     Shift 1: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat/ recovery day on Wed  

§     Shift 2: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Sun / recovery day on Fri  

§     Shift 3: Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri 

Profiel

Who are we looking for?

  • Good knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A team player
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines.
  • Self sufficient
  • Curious
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to grasp information quickly
  • Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
