For one of our customers. A major player when it comes to sportswear and shoes. We are looking for a Leaves specialist for a period of 6 months. 

As a Leaves Specialist, you will play a key role in managing complex leave-related data within SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Your responsibilities will include handling detailed research and providing solutions to non-standard requests, working closely with different stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to our employees. You will also contribute to process improvements and participate in various projects, bringing your expertise to the table. 

What can you expect?

  • Perform complex leave-related data changes in SAP, requiring specialized knowledge. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP. 
  • Resolve issues through in-depth research and audits, providing quick and accurate solutions. 
  • Interpret employee needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions for non-standard requests with input from all relevant stakeholders. 

 

Profiel

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources (Operations) environment. 
  • Affinity with HRMS systems (Workday or SAP preferred). 
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. 
  • A team player who can easily adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments. 
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is required, other languages are a plus. 
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint
