We are currently looking for an Applications User Support Engineer for a temporary assignment of 1 year for our client in Heverlee. In this role you will support the migration to their new software applications (set up, compliance and verification, administration, master data management, user acceptance testing). What will you be doing?
- You provide first level user support for the users of the operational applications
- You analyse and categorize resolved issues to identify structural gaps/problems in collaboration with the applications development team
- You validate approval requests based on standardized processes/workflows
- You assist in/perform user acceptance testing & regression testing with end-users.
- You manage master data for test cases and set up master data for business objects based on approved workflows.
Profiel
Who are we looking for?
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Strong (technical) communication skills, you can translate between technical description and business use.
- Prior experience with issue management and workflow systems is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
