We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Your responsibilities: Taking care of national sales. - Helping the customer, will be a core task for you. - Interact via phone or email to answer their questions, solve their problems. - Analysing, monitoring and interpreting the business performance through use of reports. - As you take leadership in cross functional improvement projects, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse departments (transport, operations, procurement, sales,…) and to align direction with top management.

Profiel

Your profile:

You have a bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Required languages English and Dutch.
You see challenges as a development opportunity and demonstrate flexibility when required by the team or business
Knowledge of Office 365 applications (excel, access, PBI)
You will need to switch between analytical and creative thinking.
Strong planning and organisation skills will be needed.
