Functieomschrijving

Create new customer master data, register contracts in the foreseen data management system (SAP), update where needed and take action in case of discrepancies, to ensure optimal data management.
Provide sales with relevant (commercial) information and support when needed, to optimally perform the sales activities.
Handle purchase orders, following the set procedures, to ensure a good follow-up and timely completion of that purchase order up to and including invoicing and necessary documents and certificates.
Timely create or request from customs brokers or government agencies the necessary documents for export orders. Approve invoices from these requests. Check of customerrequested documents with legal requirements.
Validate weekly planning with shipment points for next week’s upcoming orders and their loading timeslots, arrange transport land- and container-freight, follow-up of timely booking of loading slots, ensuring good process of self-billing and extra costs, and coordination with the shipping points concerning timeslots management system (Transporeon)

Profiel

Good knowledge of English
Prior Experience in Customer Service or Supply chain
Good communication skills
