Join our client’s team and play a crucial role in their cutting-edge biotechnology advancements.

As a CAR-T Operations Technician, you'll be responsible for conducting essential CAR-T process operations while ensuring compliance with safety policies and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining production areas, following procedures to produce clinical & commercial grade ATMPs, and testing batch samples for quality assurance.

Additionally, you'll be tasked with:

  • fixing equipment issues, improving processes, and introducing new products.

Your support in quality management tasks, writing and updating procedures, and managing materials and waste will be essential.

Attention to detail is paramount as you'll be responsible for keeping detailed records and communicating effectively with supervisors and team members. Utilize manufacturing systems efficiently and collaborate with the team to achieve our production goals.

 

Profiel

  • Master’s degree in Science, Bio-Engineering, BioTechnology, Pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations & EMEA- guidance is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with cGMP regulations and ATMP (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products) guidance for cell-based product manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and teach others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with cGMP systems like PASx, eLIMs, Siemens, and SAP is preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime and adjust schedules as needed, including evenings and weekends.
