Technical Campaign Coordinator

For one of our customers, a big player in automotive, we are looking for a Technical Campaign Coordinator to support operations within TPCE in Diest. In this role, you will ensure smooth coordination of technical campaigns and drive performance across key supply chain processes.
Key responsibilities
Monitor and report on key KPIs (supplier delivery, allocation, backorders, overdue orders)
Follow up on supplier performance and support corrective action plans
Drive process improvements and optimize SOPs
Support forecasting with central and local suppliers
Coordinate Pre-Delivery Campaigns (PDC) and Urgent Parts Requests (UPR) in collaboration with stakeholders
Profil
Your profile
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or technical coordination
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage KPIs
- Experience working with suppliers and performance improvement
- Knowledge of process optimization and SOP development is a plus
- Fluent in English (required)
- Dutch is a strong asset
Background
We are looking for candidates with:
- Relevant studies (e.g. Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business)
- Or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
