Your role and responsibilities;
- Actively participate in aseptic and manual pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Work in cleanroom and laboratory environments in accordance with GMP standards.
- Perform production activities in controlled environments (Grade A/B/C/D), including spiking, media exchanges, cell culture activities and freezing of therapeutic products.
- Execute thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials and equipment.
- Support transitions between production zones, ensuring compliance and continuity.
Profil
This role is suited for you if you:
- Have relevant pharmaceutical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
- Have experience in a cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or chemical environment.
- Enjoy working in a structured environment and following procedures.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Live near Zwijnaarde and can commute independently to the site.

Please be prepared to work across various shifts starting from 6AM and ending by 2AM as well as our night shifts ranging from 6PM until 4 AM and 8 PM until 6AM. While night shifts are not currently in place, employees hired for this role should be willing and able to work within the (rotating) night shift system once implemented.
- We have collective leave: 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
