Finance Controller

For our client, an international organization active in Aftermarket services for advanced mobility systems, we are looking for a Finance Controller who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact. The company focuses on the sales, service, and technical support of advanced powertrain, transmission, and chassis technologies for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial applications. From Brussels, they support mobility solutions delivered worldwide.

Your role

As a Finance Controller, you play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, control, and insight across the organization. This is a plug‑and‑play role: you are operational from day one and work autonomously with limited onboarding.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analysis of costs, margins, and performance
• Supporting management with financial insights and decision‑making
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external requirements
• Preparing audits and improving internal controls
• Acting as a sparring partner for operational and technical stakeholders
