For this weekend role, our client is looking for an Air Freight Capacity Planner who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in an international setting.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Operational follow‑up (Maintaining close contact with airlines, ground handlers and related agents to follow up on the handling and finalization of flights and related trucking movements.)
Issue resolution (Tackling operational and customs issues at airlines and ground handlers related to SBR Carrier flights, in cooperation with SBR Flightwatch when needed.)
Administrative handling (Solving administrative issues efficiently and accurately.)
EEQ monitoring (Monitoring timely and accurate management of empty airfreight equipment for inbound and outbound SBR Carrier flights.)
Trucking follow‑up (Monitoring and following up on trucking‑related movements.)
Export & import (Working across both export and import duties.)
Profil
Your profile
- You have experience or relevant studies in Air Freight and operational knowledge.
- You work fast under time pressure and are not afraid to take ownership.
- You are flexible in working hours.
- You are a strong communicator and a real team player.
- You are customer‑ and quality‑driven.
- You are fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
- You are open to starting under an interim contract.
- Working hours: Friday–Tuesday, 10:00–19:00 (Wednesday & Thursday off).

Information
Our client is a major player in the logistics sector. They handle road transport, air freight and ocean freight.
The site in Kallo manages everything related to ocean freight. With more than 100 employees, the team works every day to deliver the best possible service. Colleagues work in groups of four at shared islands, spread across two floors. The atmosphere on the work floor is calm, sometimes hectic, but always very pleasant. There is strong teamwork, but also plenty of laughter.
Every two weeks, a fresh fruit box is delivered to the departments. In addition, you can work with a flexible schedule, there are various opportunities for personal development, and subscriptions for the toll tunnel and waterbus are fully reimbursed.
