As a new team member, you’ll receive full training in aseptic techniques and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), essential to ensuring the safety and quality of cell therapies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with a dedicated team to maintain high standards in cleanroom environments.
  • Keep equipment sanitized, handle materials correctly, and follow established procedures.
  • Sterilize and maintain equipment and reusable materials to support a safe, sterile workspace.
  • Assist process operators as needed during production activities.
  • Safely and accurately transport materials and products between cleanrooms.
  • Follow detailed protocols to actively contribute to the production of life-saving treatments.
  • Wear appropriate protective clothing (gowning) to maintain cleanroom sterility.

Profil

Who You Are:

  • You have strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • You hold a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree.
  • You’re a true team player who values collaboration.
  • You feel comfortable working with strict protocols and consistently aim for the highest standards of quality.
  • You’re flexible and open to working in shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • You have a genuine interest in working in a lab or cleanroom environment.
  • You’re detail-oriented, precise, and only satisfied when every task is completed to perfection.

  • Since we cannot predict exactly where you'll be in the process, you must be comfortable working across all  seven of these shifts. 6 AM to 4 PM, 7 AM to 5 PM, 8 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 8 PM, 12 PM to 10 PM, 2 PM to 12 AM, and 4 PM to 2 AM.

Our client, a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, is a global biotechnology firm bringing innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. Through this work, they make a daily difference in the lives of many patients suffering from cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
