Your responsibilities:

Business development

  • Support Toyota Motor Europe (TME) in delivering Service Products strategy to National  Marketing Sales Companies (NMSC)
  • Support NMSC's in building their local Service Products strategy
  • Secure internal alignment with TME sales, Value Chain, A&F, Marcom, Legal,...

Operational support

  • Follow-up Service Products performance (loss ratios) and approach markets with high loss ratios to take corrective action

                > Analyse reporting on various levels (country, brand, model, failed part,..)

                > Work closely with TIS Belgium Business Intelligence (BI) team to create visualizations in PowerBI to support this task

                > NMSC coaching and follow-up

  • Prepare annual Service Products pricing review
  • Support TME to build annual Service Products budget
  • Create and define new products/prices in TME's Central Warranty System, Service Products Portal, National Parts Administration, National Parts Pricing System and Master Product ID file
  • Validate reports create bu Business Intelligence team
  • Reconcile monthly financial reporting to TME A&F
  • Make sure that reported contract registrations have been correctly invoiced (In Oracle)
  • Negociate and administer Roadside Assistance schemes/pricing with Roadside Assistance partners
  • Make sure all Service Products schemes are implemented and managed in a legally compliant way
  • Handle ad-hoc requests to support Senior Manager Service Products & TME Value Chain department

Profil

Your profile:

  • Master Degree or up to 8 years of working experience
  • Business oriented education or experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Able to work in an independant and hands-on manner
  • Able to work with different stakeholder (business, IT, finance) from different cultures
  • High level of affinity and knowledge of BI technolgy, preferably with PowerBI
  • Prepared to work from TIS Brussels office at least 3 days/week
