At Legend Biotech, as a Quality & Lab Operator, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference. Your work will directly contribute to improving the lives of sick patients around the world.

No experience yet? No worries – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Just like we take great care of our patients, we also take care of our employees.

Your responsibilities include:

Supporting quality control: You assist with daily quality analyses and help ensure reliable test results.
Equipment maintenance: You check, clean, and disinfect equipment, and manage lab materials and waste.
Sample transport: You ensure safe and accurate sample transfer between departments.
Lab support: You assist with various analyses in the labs.
Record-keeping: You accurately log all your tasks in logs, forms, or the quality system.

Profil

Who are you:

You live nearby and can get to work easily (even without public transport).
You speak good English.
You like to work clean and accurately.
You work well with other people.
You can work well with a laptop.
You are flexible and can work in shifts.

Offre

We offer you:

Good salary, with the goal for a permanent contract after just 6 months!
Meal vouchers: €7/day, €250/year in eco vouchers, and transport reimbursement.
Good Work-life balance: Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with a 4/4 shift schedule — work 4 days (10 hours/day), then enjoy 4 days off.
Flexibility across all eight shifts keeps you fully involved: 6:00–16:00, 7:00–17:00, 8:00–18:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 15:00–01:00, and 16:00–02:00.

Our client, a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, is bringing innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. With this treatment, they make a real difference every day in the lives of patients with cancer and other serious diseases.
