Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting quality control: You assist with daily quality analyses and help ensure reliable test results.
  • Equipment maintenance: You check, clean, and disinfect equipment, and manage lab materials and waste.
  • Sample transport: You ensure safe and accurate sample transfers between departments.
  • Lab support: You assist with various analyses in the labs.
  • Record-keeping: You accurately log all your tasks in logs, forms, or the quality system.

Profil

  • You live nearby Ghent and can easily commute to work, even without public transportation.
  • You have a good command of English.
  • You maintain a clean and accurate working style.
  • You collaborate effectively with others.
  • You are comfortable working with a laptop and MS-Office.
  • You are flexible and able to work in shifts.

  • Variable shift premiums + double pay on Sundays

  • We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.

  • Permanent contract possible after 6 months + growth opportunities

Our client, a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, is bringing innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. With this treatment, they make a real difference every day in the lives of patients with cancer and other serious diseases.
