Mechanical Technician

Your responsibilities:

• Production & Continuity: Maintain and fill in registration documents, report on tasks, ensure smooth shift handovers, and collaborate with other teams.
• Maintenance & Breakdowns: Diagnose and fix breakdowns, make adjustments, perform maintenance work, periodic inspections, and equipment calibrations.
• Equipment Management: Determine, transport, use, and store tools and equipment; assemble and relocate machinery; support disassembly and perform overhauls.
• Safety, Training & Improvements: Participate in emergency drills, sustainability studies, and improvement suggestions while ensuring a safe workplace.

What we’re looking for:

• Competencies: Technical skills, Bachelor in Electromechanics, strong computer literacy, and communication skills in English or Dutch.
• Attitude: Responsible, communicative, problem-solving, proactive, precise, and safety-conscious.
