For one of our customers we are looking for a Management Assistant for a period of 6 months, who will contribute to the smooth functioning of the team by providing administrative and operational support. What will you be doing?

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing and maintaining the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and providing reminders for upcoming events
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinating and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Assistance
  • Travel Arrangements 
  • Office Management: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that the office environment is efficient and well-organized

  • +/- 3 years of experience in a similar role

Offre

Our client offers a temporary contract for a duration of 6 months (extension possible). Our client provides the opportunity to work from home in combination with on site work.
