Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and sterile laboratory environment to support high-quality research.
  • Prepare workstations, tools, and materials with care to ensure seamless lab operations.
  • Carry out routine support tasks accurately and in full compliance with laboratory procedures.

Profil

  • You live nearby and can commute independently to work.
  • You have a good command of the English language.
  • You work in a clean, structured, and accurate manner.
  • You are a strong team player.
  • You have experience with MS Office applications.
  • You are flexible and willing to work in shifts.

  • A 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift schedule, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Work in a 3-shift regime, while being comfortable rotating across all eight possible shifts:
  • 6:00–16:00, 07:00-17:00, 08:00-18:00, 09:00-19:00, 10:00–20:00, 12:00–22:00, 14:00–00:00, 16:00–02:00.
  • We have collective leave: 6 days in summer and 2 days in winter, so everyone can take a well-deserved break at the same time. You can schedule your remaining vacation days freely.
  • After six months, depending on your performance, the opportunity for a permanent contract, including group and health insurance and other benefits.

Our client, a biotech company based in Zwijnaarde, is a global biotechnology firm bringing innovative CAR-T cell therapy to Ghent. The company makes a daily difference in the lives of many patients suffering from cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
