Team/division description:
You will be working for the Human Resources division, called People & Innovation. You will be part of the Data Analytics and HR Solutions team (part of Business Innovation within P&I). Our main purpose is to ensure HR data is accurate, governed, business-relevant, and transformed into trusted analytics and reporting solutions by acting as the primary bridge between HR business stakeholders, IT data teams, and reporting developers.
At P&I we strive to deliver effective solutions towards business leaders and our Pan-E regional HR counterparts. Listening to the customer is essential to developing adequate and efficient solutions.
Your responsibilities
Your role is to support building foundation and contribute to strong employee experiences.
- HR Data Governance & Data Quality
- Business Analysis within HR Data Domain
- Bridge between HR and ITD Data Product Delivery Team
- Overview Snowflake operations (catalogue, ingest, semantic modelling design)
- Managing Power BI Reporting Portfolio (prioritisation and budget control)
- Stakeholder Management (withing HR areas and business)
- Monitoring testing and release management
- Ensure compliance, privacy & security rules are followed

Your profile:
Your profile:
- English (Professional/Business Fluency), other languages are also an asset.
- Experience with Snowflake, Collibra and Data Product creation is essential for this role
- Knowledge of SQL, Qlick, Power BI is an asset
- Stakeholder Management
- Able to work with HR executives, HR operations teams, Data engineers, Solution architects, BI developers, Vendors
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts, create executive summaries, present risks and recommendations.
- Our ideal candidate can facilitate workshops, and liaise with multinational teams
- The ideal candidate has a natural interest in the customer voice. They have proven similar past experiences, in the field of data governance, analytics, AI solutions design.
- Must be able to challenge assumptions, connect data across systems, identify root causes, spot inconsistencies.
