We are looking for a HR Administrative for one of our client. Our client is acting as a Business Partner and offer service at various levels, such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Reward, Finance & Planning and Day-to-day HR Solutions.

Your Function:

  • Perform administrative tasks within the Human Resources department, initially as part of the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • You are the link between recruitment and payroll
  • You are in contact with employees and ensure that they transition smoothly from the candidate to the fully integrated employee.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with our HR tools and help the company and new employees use them

Profil

  • Have knowledge of HR processes, HR Domain & Social Law
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar (or relevant experience)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office skills and sd Worx, eBlox onsite are plus
  • Punctual, structured and a good planner
  • Service-oriented, social and pragmatic
  • Fluent in  (Dutch, French, English)
  • Team spirit
